Freight – Leadville, Colorado

Located in the historic town of Leadville, Freight is a historic barn venue that perfectly combines rustic charm with modern elegance. Sitting at just over 10,000 ft about sea level – Freight is the ‘highest little town in America’ with the charm to go with it.

Freight itself used to serve as a freight train warehouse for the old miners of times past. Since it’s initial use, it has since been lovingly restored to provide a space that reflects the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. The outdoor spaces, framed by gorgeous peaks, provide a picture-perfect backdrop for both the ceremony and reception, while the indoor spaces are carefully designed to make you and your guests feel cozy and at home!

The 13 cabins located on site are idyllic and contain all the charm of a mountain town. Dog friendly, walkable to all the restaurants, and among some of the kindest venue owners I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with – Freight is one of my all time favorite venues in the state!

Blackstone Rivers Ranch – Idaho Springs, Colorado

The Blackstone Rivers Ranch is a gorgeous retreat into nature, situated against the backdrop of the Arapaho National Forest.
